Pro Tip: When installing the main long spring bar, bolt the lower end firmly to the center stile of your gate using the provided coach bolt. The upper guide loop should fit snugly over the top rail but still allow the handle to flex backward smoothly. Line up the double-sided catch plate on your post so that the spring bar requires roughly 15-20mm of rearward deflection to pop open.
