Pro Tip: When installing these strips as a vertical closing trim on a pair of double gates, only screw the strip onto the “active” gate leaf (the side you open first). Always use stainless steel or high-quality exterior wood screws to prevent unsightly black chemical tanin stains from running down the timber face over time.
